Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at SpotNGrab.com. We take pride in our products and customer satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the defect.
• Once approved, we will exchange the item for a new one of the same product or similar value, based on availability.
• Free of charge — we cover the delivery cost.

Change of Mind

We accept returns if you change your mind, provided that:

• The request is made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The item is returned in its original packaging, undamaged and exactly as delivered.
• The original invoice included in your package is returned with it.
• The customer pays the return delivery cost ($5).

Items that are used, damaged, missing their original packaging, or returned without the invoice cannot be accepted.

Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location within Lebanon.
